Health and Safety Statement: *

Due to the nature of Art, creative play and hands-on learning, your participants will be exposed to a range of tactile materials, art products and tools in an independent, yet supportive, working environment. At Artlet we take safety very seriously and aim to teach and model safe behaviour always, this includes online. Artlet is committed to encouraging and maintaining safe and healthy creative practices and expects the same from our young artists. We promote and practice inclusive practises and foster an environment where everyone has equal opportunities to participate, be confident and create in a judgement-free space. Your participants are responsible for their individual and collective behaviour and any irresponsible actions or behaviour in our workshops will not be accepted. Each workshop is risk assessed and measures are in place to ensure safe practise so that hazards and risks to health and safety are eliminated or minimised, as far as is reasonably practicable. We are aware though that sometimes accidents may occur and in these circumstances, you will be notified immediately and Artlet will support your school’s practices and processes.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: *

Workshops cost $18 per participant, with a minimum of 25 participants per booking. For lower numbers, a fixed rate of $450 applies. We will confirm final numbers with you in the week leading up to your workshop. Please book carefully and estimate for a lower attendance. If your attendance is below what you booked for, refunds cannot be issued as materials will be have been purchased. If attendance is higher than what you booked for, Artlet will issue a follow up invoice after your incursion. To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $100 per workshop is required upon receiving your Artlet invoice. Failure to pay your deposit may result in an unsuccessful booking. Outstanding balances (less booking fee) are due FOUR WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WORKSHOP DATE. Payments made after this final date will incur a $50 late fee as Artlet will need to personally fund your incursion materials. All cancellations of booked incursions will lose booking deposits. Cancellations made within the four weeks leading up to the incursion date will lose their booking fee but receive a credit note to use with Artlet at a later date. Should Artlet require to cancel, you will receive a FULL refund, including your $100 deposit (per workshop).
