Due to the nature of art, play and hands-on learning, your child will be exposed to a range of tactile materials, art products and tools in an independent, yet supportive, working environment. At Artlet we take safety very seriously and aim to teach and model safe behaviour always, this includes online. Artlet is committed to encouraging and maintaining safe and healthy creative practices and expects the same from our young artists. your child is responsible for his/her own behaviour and any irresponsible actions or behaviour in our workshops will not be accepted and you will be contacted immediately. Each workshop is risk assessed and measures are in place to ensure safe practice so that hazards and risks to health and safety are eliminated or minimised, as far as is reasonably practicable. We are aware that sometimes accidents may occur and in these circumstances, you will be notified immediately.

Payment and Cancellation Policy *

At Artlet, keeping our artists safe and healthy is our number one priority. Should your child(ren) not be able to attend a workshop, please let us know. Credit notes and refunds cannot be issued for missed lessons. Where possible, we will do our best to send missed materials home for your child to complete the task they missed. Participants will be advised 24 hours prior to the workshop taking place should the session be cancelled by Artlet, along with a full refund for that cancelled session.
